ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
CANNONSBURG WATER DISTRICT
Cannonsburg Water District will be accepting bids for the construction
of a new Operational Facilities Building at the Cannonsburg Water
District offi ce, 1606 Cannonsburg Road, Ashland, KY 41102 until
11:00 a.m. EDT on Wednesday, February 18th, 2026. Immediately
following the scheduled closing time for receiving bids, all bids, which
have been properly submitted, will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Description of Work: Disassembly of existing steel building located
on Bob McCullough Drive. Reassembly of steel building (structure
only), steel building remodel and, building addition.
Alternative Method of Submission. Prospective bidders may elect
to submit its bid via email to: tim@cannonsburgwater.com rather than
hand-delivering the bid packet.
Bid drawings can be obtained at the Cannonsburg Water District
offi ce in person or, may be emailed upon request.
Cannonsburg Water District may consider informal any bid not
prepared in accordance with this advertisement or the specifi cations.
Cannonsburg Water District reserves the right to waive any informalities
and to reject any and all bids.
